Oh, it's crazy. Imagine this kid... let's call him Rahul. He joins an enterprise tech firm. In 2018, his first year would've been spent doing copy-paste data entry or writing basic test scripts. Just grinding it out. Today? He sits down, and he’s given access to a platform with, say, ten different specialized AI agents. He’s got a research agent, a testing agent, a doc writer... and his job is to coordinate them. He writes the high-level prompt, reviews their outputs, corrects their mistakes, and pieces it together. His output, in his first week, looks like what a team of ten senior devs used to produce.

That is a massive amount of leverage. I- I mean, it's almost terrifying if you think about the responsibility. You're twenty-two and you're essentially managing a virtual department.

And that’s why we call it the Orchestrator Economy. The real question isn’t what AI can do on its own. The real question is, how do we train humans to manage this level of leverage? Because if you give a junior employee the power of a ten-person team, their mistakes are also multiplied by ten. If they don't have good judgment, they can cause a lot of damage very quickly.
