"Agent-washing." It's the new "cloud-washing." But the truth is, real productivity has never come from the tool itself. It comes from human-led design, clear organizational culture, and people who actually take accountability for the decisions being made. An LLM can generate text, but it cannot care about the customer. It can't build trust.

Lachlan Reed

Too right, mate. At the end of the day, a machine doesn't have a neck on the line. When a project goes sideways, you can't fire an algorithm. You need a human being who can stand up, take responsibility, and say, "Yep, that was my call, here's how we fix it." That human accountability is the real value.
